To register candidates, verify identities, and facilitate YCB examination certification, Ekam Yoga Care collects the following candidate information:
- Personal Identification Data: Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Father's Name, Mother's Name.
- Contact Data: Mobile Number, Email Address, Mailing/Permanent Address, PIN Code.
- Verification Documents: Passport-style candidate photo, Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN, Driving License).
- Payment Transaction Data: Gateway payment status, transaction ID, order reference numbers (we do NOT store credit card numbers or banking passwords).
- Technical & System Logs: IP address, browser type, OTP login verification logs, and session timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is strictly used for legitimate certification purposes:
- Processing YCB candidate enrollments, hall tickets, and examination scheduling.
- Verifying candidate identity during proctored evaluation sessions.
- Transmitting official exam results and candidate records to the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, for certificate generation and public portal verification.
- Sending account updates, exam reminders, OTP verification codes, and transaction receipts.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
Ekam Yoga Care Private Limited does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to commercial marketers. We only share candidate information with:
- Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of Ayush: As a statutory requirement for issuing accredited certifications.
- Payment Gateways (Razorpay / PhonePe): Encrypted data passed securely for transaction processing.
- Proctoring & Email Delivery Providers: Service partners bound by strict non-disclosure obligations.
4. Security & Photo Storage Controls
Candidate photographs and photo ID uploads are stored in protected directories on secure servers with restricted access permissions. We employ password hashing (bcrypt), CSRF protection tokens, rate limiting, and SSL encryption across all data channels.
5. Candidate Rights & Data Control
Candidates can view and update their profile details through the candidate dashboard prior to final exam booking submission. For any data correction requests or privacy concerns, candidates can write to our privacy officer.
