Official policies regarding exam slot bookings, cancellations, date changes, and fee refunds for YCB certification examinations.
Critical Exam Booking & Date Change Rules
- No Change in Selected Exam Date: Once an examination slot is booked and payment is completed, candidates cannot change or transfer their selected examination date.
- Strict 15-Day Cutoff: No refunds or date modifications will be granted after 15 days prior to the scheduled examination date under any circumstances.

1. Overview of Exam Fee Structure
Ekam Yoga Care Private Limited conducts YCB examination assessments across all 8 certification levels. Exam fees collected include examination evaluation costs, panel assessor charges, hall ticket processing, and YCB statutory certification overheads.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility Window

3. No Exam Date Change Policy
Due to strict YCB evaluator panel scheduling and slot capacity constraints:
- Candidates are strongly advised to verify their personal availability and technical readiness before selecting an exam slot.
- Requests for date shifting, slot transfers, or deferring exams to subsequent months after booking are strictly not entertained.
4. Exceptional Medical & Emergency Conditions
In rare and verifiable cases of severe candidate hospitalization or bereavement occurring prior to the 15-day deadline, candidates may submit a formal representation along with official medical documents to ekamyogacare@gmail.com. Granting exceptional consideration remains at the sole discretion of the Ekam Yoga Care Examination Committee and YCB guidelines.
5. Mode & Timeline of Refund Processing
For eligible cancellation requests submitted prior to the 15-day cutoff:
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source payment method (bank account / UPI / credit card used during booking).
- Refund processing takes 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund approval notice.
6. Duplicate Payments
If a candidate is charged twice due to a network glitch or gateway timeout, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full (100%) upon verification of bank statement records.
