1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ekam Yoga Care Private Limited ("Ekam Yoga", "PrCB", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our platform, registering an account, or applying for any Yoga Certification Board (YCB) examination, you ("Candidate", "User", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or apply for examinations through this platform.

2. YCB Personnel Certification Body (PrCB) Scope

Ekam Yoga Care Private Limited is an accredited Personnel Certification Body (PrCB) authorized by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, to assess and certify candidates across official YCB examination levels (Yoga Volunteer - Non-professional to Level 7 Therapeutic Consultant).

• All examinations strictly follow the curriculum, evaluation rules, and marking criteria prescribed by the YCB.
• Candidates are required to adhere to the code of conduct mandated by YCB during both theoretical and practical examinations.

3. Candidate Eligibility & Profile Documentation

Candidates registering for examinations must fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria for their chosen exam level:

• Candidates must provide accurate personal information, valid contact details, a recent passport-size photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm), and government-issued Photo ID proof.
• Falsification of documents, impersonation, or providing misleading data will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of results, and potential reporting to YCB authorities.

4. Examination Rules & Conduct

During online or offline proctored examinations:

• Candidates must present their original photo ID during identity verification before the assessment begins.
• Use of unauthorized study material, secondary electronic devices, AI tools, communication with third parties, or suspicious screen switching during online proctored exams is strictly prohibited.
• The decision of the evaluators and YCB proctors regarding assessment scoring is final.

5. Exam Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

Exam dates published on our platform are fixed slot allocations approved by YCB evaluators.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, examination interfaces, original study aids, software code, and design elements are the intellectual property of Ekam Yoga Care Private Limited or licensed by the Yoga Certification Board. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ekam Yoga Care Pvt. Ltd. strives to maintain uninterrupted portal availability and smooth examination delivery. However, we are not liable for candidate-side network interruptions, hardware failures, power outages, or force majeure events during online examinations.
